For this year, due to COVID19, we have updated our photos to show that all bedding and sitting areas are free from shared toss pillows and decorative elements. Guest safety and reduction of transmission of COVID19 on the Big Island of Hawaii is extremely important to us. In addition to our usual thorough and meticulous cleaning, we have added CDC approved cleaning agents and a disinfection of all high touch surfaces. There is a 3 day break between all guests and masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are on hand for use during your stay.
Expansive Outdoor Dining Area on the Big Island
We are also excited to update the photos to show new furniture on the upper deck. There is a dining table and chairs for 10 and a sitting area for 8, with an oversized cantilever umbrella. The upper deck is spectacular by morning: watching the sun rise over the Kohala Mountains with cup of Kona coffee is not to be missed. Views of the Mauna Kea golf course, Pacific Ocean, Kohala Mountains, pool deck and often Maui or humpback whales is yours to enjoy while staying at our Fairways North property! The upper deck is equally impressive at night after dining on the deck because the stars are incredible, even without the use of the binocular telescope that’s nearby! Often, the milky way galaxy is visible to the naked eye. Vacation Rental with Tropical Inner Courtyard
Complementary lounge chairs were also placed in the inner courtyard, accessible from the expansive living/dining room area, as well as the third bedroom. It’s a wonderful place to sit and be sheltered yet outside. This open air inner sanctuary is also a great spot for reading in the afternoon or evening – you can hear the palm trees in the breeze and see the blue sky up above. It’s also one of 6 outdoor areas that you can enjoy while staying at our Big Island vacation rental. Guests are always thrilled that there are so many spaces, inside and out, to gather together or to find solace on your own.
Idyllic Outdoor Shower & Stone Tub
The best addition of all during the last 2 years since updated photos is a private deck with outdoor shower and stone tub off the primary bath ensuite! Guests are raving about the open air setting, surrounded by native Hawaiian plants and offering a teak bench with Luxus body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It also makes a great spot for yoga or meditation, with it’s private location and zen decor. The ohia post shower offers a natural element to complement the tropical plants. Sunset skies above the garden wall are a beautiful sight in the evening and the birds a wonderful cacophony in the morning! Vacation rental has never looked so beautiful and been so easy to enjoy!
